Job Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Lead with expertise in Microsoft Azure (AZ-104), endpoint management, Exchange Online, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Azure Administration:Administer the Identity and Access Management for R3 Azure Infrastructure, provide a guidance to other members of the organization on the best practices for managing resources within Azure. 
  • Identity Management: Administer Microsoft Entra ID, leveraging technologies like Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access and Single Sign-On (SAML, OIDC) 
  • Endpoint Management:Implement and manage endpoint security solutions, ensuring all devices comply with company policies and security standards. Support a mixed environment containing Windows and macOS devices. 
  • Exchange Online:Administer and support Exchange Online environments, including mailbox management, transport rules, message hygiene, and troubleshooting email-related issues. 
  • Network Management:Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points and firewalls, ensuring optimal performance and security. 
  • Cloud Service Monitoring and Maintenance:Monitor R3 Cloud Services, identify issues, and communicate . 
  • Security and Compliance:Ensure all systems comply with security policies and industry regulations, performing regular audits and updates as necessary. Exposure to standards like Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 would be beneficial. 
  • Technical Support: Provide 3rd line support within the IT Team, resolving escalated issues in a timely manner. Provide mentoring to other members of the IT Team. 

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Proven experience in Endpoint Management and Exchange Online administration 
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and infrastructure 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other Microsoft 365 services 
  • Exposure to administering other public clouds, such as AWS & Google Cloud Platform 
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Shell Scripting) 
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles
