We are seeking a dedicated and versatile IT Systems Engineer to join our growing team at our office located in Kokomo, IN. This mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and values meaningful client and team relationships. This is an on-site position that offers the opportunity to work closely with team members, internal departments, and clients to solve technical challenges and deliver exceptional service. We’re looking for a self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

- Conduct research to find thoughtful and reliable solutions to complex technical problems.
- Communicate with clients and users promptly, respectfully, and relevantly.
- Document work in the ticket system quickly and with clear detail.
- Create user guides and system configurations within the documentation management system.
- Contribute ideas within teams to meet user needs strategically and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and train end-users to identify and communicate their needs.
- Show willingness to learn new skills and stay committed to continuous improvement.
- Related Degree in business information technology or 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Self-starter with the ability to pursue unique or strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting technique.
- Strong emphasis on communication skills, verbal and written, to both technical and non-technical users, and ability to communicate with any position within a company org chart (Executive to Frontline)
- Client-focused with an ability to nurture relationships with teammates and those we serve.
- Related CompTIA, ISC2, Microsoft, or Google certifications are desirable but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, helpdesk operations, network operations, DevOps, and Cyber Security is desirable but not required.
