Job Title: IT Systems Consultant - SAP
Location: Orange, CT.

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $138,343 to $172,929.
Job Summary
This role leads and oversees IT applications supporting key business processes across Electric and Gas operations—including distribution, transmission, construction, maintenance, inspection, and asset management. It acts as a bridge between Business and IT leadership to evaluate and prioritize project and maintenance requests, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The position drives application efficiency, integration, and digital evolution, while managing development teams to deliver on roadmaps, meet SLAs, and maintain strong business relationships.
Responsibilities:
Understands business processes for Electric and Gas Companies and manages business relationships. Conduct governance meetings with business lead and review Roadmap/Portfolio, Maintenance Service Requests and SLAs adherence.
Technical subject matter expert in IVR Genesys, HVCA (High Volume Call answering), IVR CCaaS, SAP ERP areas. Has knowledge of related products and technologies and understand systems integration. Understands the value and impact of IVR, Cloud Application, SAP technology as it applies to business processes.
Required Qualifications:
Education Required:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Math, or Engineering
Skills/Abilities:
Leadership and management skills.
Project Management is a plus.
Able to manage multiple priorities, challenging and rigid deadlines and technologies.
Able to work with management team counterparts to meet priorities and resolve issues.
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
The ability to proactively identify innovative solutions to challenging problems and explain complex concepts and risk both simply and accurately to non-technical users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience/Training:
10 years or more of related IT experience with at least 8 or more years working in designing, implementing and supporting IVR, Cloud Application and SAP Solutions
Knowledge of IVR, Cloud Application, SAP structures, configuration, standards and object dependencies
Experience with full project lifecycles of IVR, Cloud Application, SAP ERP systems
Application functional experience is required
Strong service delivery experience within IT.
