Boeing Australia is seeking 2 x enthusiastic IT Systems Analyst to begin their careers supporting and enhancing enterprise corporate IT systems critical to finance, procurement, and asset maintenance functions within a global aerospace and defence environment. These roles are based in Brisbane with hybrid working conditions.
If you are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years' experience in finance, procurement, asset maintenance, or related fields, and have a passion for IT and business analysis, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop both technical and business skills at Boeing.
While prior experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other ERP systems is a plus, it is not required. Please note these roles focus on supporting and enhancing the Oracle E-Business Suite application layer and business functions - not database administration.
About The Role
- Assist with supporting, maintaining, and configuring corporate IT systems across finance, HR, and supply chain domains, including modules within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse user requirements and business needs
- Help design and maintain process maps and workflows to visualise and improve business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with operational goals and compliance standards
- Participate in software upgrades, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities
- Maintain system documentation such as specifications, process maps, and user manuals
- Support compliance with IT governance, security, and audit policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience
- Prepare concise reports and presentations to support management decision-making

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and follow guidance
- Genuine interest in business process improvement and technology integration

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Recent graduate or early-career professional in finance, procurement, asset maintenance, business analysis, or related discipline
- Exposure to enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), or Workday
- Experience or coursework in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process mapping
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- Entry-level certifications such as SAP Certified Associate, Oracle Cloud Foundations, ITIL, or Business Analysis certificates
