IT System Administrator
We’re seeking an IT System Administrator to join our North America IT team. This hands-on role will support daily IT operations, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile issues, while helping improve IT processes, tools, and the overall end-user experience. You’ll also provides Tier 2 technical support to both local and remote users across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer/Support internal and cloud-based infrastructure
- Provide responsive technical support (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, applications, and networks)
- Administer provisioning/deprovisioning of user accounts, GPO, conditional access, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and device identity.
- Administer/troubleshoot wired/wireless/VPN network infrastructure
- Manage/Automate hardware deployment and application access
- Support O365 and common endpoint security services
- Maintain IT compliance and security best practices
- Contribute to knowledge base articles, runbooks and process documentation
- Collaborate and business teams to drive improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of System Administration / IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (JAMF, Intune, etc.)
- Experience with wired and wireless networks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- IT certifications a plus
