WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Provide friendly and efficient technical support to employees on all IT-related matters;
- Manage and maintain office equipment inventory (MacBooks, PCs, peripherals, etc.);
- Handle system setup and enrollment for both macOS and Windows environments;
- Support and improve video conferencing and CCTV systems;
- Administer LAN and Wi-Fi networks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices;
- Participate in upgrades and migrations of existing infrastructure, your ideas for improvement are always welcome.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration;
- Confident troubleshooting skills with macOS and Windows systems;
- Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN principles;
- Proactive mindset - you don’t just fix issues, you prevent them;
- Fluent Russian and Good English (at lease intermediate level).
