Independently provides advanced, specialized support and administration services for varying systems supporting the NEOM THE LINE. Performs advanced services that assure the systems used by the functions including, but not limited to, Digital Systems, Project controls and Document Controls. The role is the single point of success to govern and own the end user access control and works to provide evidence of the Confidentiality, Integrity and Security of our core business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains highly specialized knowledge of the administration of applications used by the project that includes but not limited to ACC, CADC, CDE, GIS, ProjectWise, Revizto, Revit.

• Provides support in licensing, administration, and maintenance of these or similar applications.

• Provides support to the vendor in upgrading, modifying or enhancing these or similar applications in the assigned area of expertise.

• Guarantees the operability and interoperability of these systems by providing technical oversight of core systems and servers that align with specific products.

• May Develop complex workflows to enable these applications usage to meet the project requirements for collaboration, and work sharing.

• Identifies issues, questions and problems in maintaining these systems and works with individual team members and the end users to resolve those issues successfully.

• Consults with other members of the respective business functions team to identify and resolve questions, issues and problems related to specific design and engineering applications.

• Work with associated vendors for configuration, setup, and troubleshooting

Background, Skills & Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of current and newly developing technology is required.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Written and oral communication skills appropriate for the position, including the ability to speak with authority on technical issues in various professional settings. Ability to write complex documents (may include policies and procedures and presentations). Communicates with a wide variety of individuals (employees and all levels of management) throughout the organization and outside of the organization (i.e. clients, vendors).

• Thorough knowledge of software licensing models and requirements.

• Strong technical understanding of the infrastructure required for several industry-wide systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to work independently and take the initiative in identifying and resolving issues; resourcefulness in finding practical solutions.

• Close attention to detail and thoroughness.
