Job Description
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our diverse IT landscape, including Microsoft 365 Cloud. You will be responsible for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
Your role will involve providing user and device support for both Windows and macOS devices, documenting client hardware, and supporting various projects and process implementations within our IT landscape. Additionally, you will conduct technical onboardings and training sessions for our employees.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administration and support of our broad Cloud IT landscape including Microsoft 365 Cloud incident, problem and change management

User and device support with Windows and macOS devices

Documentation of client hardware

Support in projects or the implementation of processes in our IT landscape

Technical onboardings and trainings for our employees
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar
-
1-3 years experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 Cloud, Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)

Experience working with various cloud products
-
Work experience in an international environment

Excellent problem solving skills

Thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments

Experience in the administration of Atlassian Cloud

Optional: experience in the administration of the Microsoft 365 Defender suite
