Behind the title
As an IT System Specialist, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency of all manufacturing-related processes globally. You can, therefore, look forward to a dynamic project-oriented community working in an international environment with colleagues from all over the world supporting Novo Nordisk's local and global production sites.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the installation, configuration and qualification for our PAS-X MES system for Production facilities globally
  • Support incident and problem management as part of Level 2 operations support
  • Relaying technical aspects of the application and underlying infrastructure with LoB stakeholders in a GxP regulated environment
  • Ensuring IT security and data integrity by working in accordance with Novo Nordisk procedures and external guidelines for Computer Systems Validation


Which competencies to bring
Required:

  • Relevant academic degree in IT, Business, Economics, or ITU degree
  • Proven experience in a similar position for at least two years; working with installation and qualification
  • Ability to navigate and manage responsibilities in a critical and complex environment, including the skillset to understand the criticality, and independently prioritise and act
  • Excellent communication both in written and spoken English; Danish is not required but is an advantage


Preferred:

  • At least 2 years knowledge and experience with Cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, Linux, Kubernetes)
  • Shows the mindset needed to work with GxP IT system validation in a highly regulated production environment
  • Demonstrates solid knowledge of deploying PAS-X or similar MES System

We are looking for self-drive and pro-active new team members, who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders at different levels of the organisation, as well as vendors, consultants and customers.
