Über die Rolle:
In dieser operativ geprägten und verantwortungsvollen Rolle übernimmst du die Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung zentraler SAP-Systeme und -Applikationen innerhalb der Magna Powertrain.
Du arbeitest hands-on an der Stabilisierung, Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung einer komplexen SAP-Systemlandschaft und verantwortest modul- und systemübergreifende Themen. Dabei bringst du aktiv Impulse zu Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und modernen SAP-Technologien ein und agierst als fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Business, IT und externe Partner.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

• Operative Mitarbeit im ONE-EU-SAP-Umfeld mit Fokus auf Systembetrieb, Tests, Stabilisierung sowie Nachbetreuung nach Changes und Releases
• Unterstützung des SAP-Basis- und Betriebsbereichs durch die Begleitung von Wartungsfenstern, Releases, Systemumstellungen und Go-Live-Aktivitäten in enger Abstimmung mit SAP Basis und Global IT
• Analyse, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von SAP-Incidents und Changes inklusive Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
• Übernahme von Verantwortung für modul- und systemübergreifende SAP-Applikationen sowie deren Zusammenspiel innerhalb der Gesamtarchitektur
• Fachliche Betreuung, Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP-Schnittstellen, Integrationsszenarien und Systemarchitekturen
• Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Fiori, Fiori Elements sowie modernen UI- und Anwendungskonzepten
• Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen im SAP-Umfeld (z. B. Betriebsprozesse, Monitoring, technische Kontrollen)
• Operative Unterstützung im Rahmen von SAP-IT-Audits inklusive Vorbereitung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Audit-Anforderungen sowie Klärung von Audit-Findings
• Erstellung und Pflege technischer sowie fachlicher Dokumentationen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Global IT, SAP-Basis, Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern

Wonach wir suchen:

• Mindestens sieben Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld (Betrieb, Integration und/oder Projekte)
• Tiefgehendes cross-modulares Verständnis sowie Verantwortung für modul- und systemübergreifende SAP-Applikationen
• Sehr gutes Verständnis von SAP ERP / S/4HANA sowie von Integrations- und Architekturkonzepten
• Erfahrung mit SAP Fiori, modernen SAP-Technologien oder angrenzenden digitalen Lösungen von Vorteil
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in finance-, logistik- oder HR-nahen SAP-Modulen
• Erfahrung mit Automatisierungs-, Optimierungs- oder Digitalisierungsinitiativen im SAP-Umfeld
• Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung eines regelkonformen und audit-sicheren SAP-Betriebs
• Strukturierte, selbstständige, flexible und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
