At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT System Administrator Consultant to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Configure and maintain the institution’s VMware-based servers, including GroupShare and MS SQL databases.
- Monitor and support the institution’s complex multi-domain Active Directory Forest.
- Manage the institution’s DNS zones and maintain IIS-based FTP servers.
- Create, update, and adapt batch scripts for software installation and deployment.
- Collaborate with development and packaging teams to prepare new software package versions.
- Coordinate with development teams, the infrastructure team, and external software providers to ensure smooth integration and operations.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 9 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 5 years of experience).
- Experience in IT systems administration, including server configuration and software installation.
- Demonstrated expertise with VMware ESXi and Horizon.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including user and computer group policies.
- Hands-on experience with Windows batch scripting.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server and IIS.
- ITIL certification is required.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and French is required (B2 level).
