Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated IT
Support Specialist to manage and maintain the technical operations of
Manial Shiha Warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT
functionality, provide technical support to staff, maintain hardware and
software systems, and oversee network reliability within the warehouse
environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for warehouse staff
(software, hardware, network issues).
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers,
scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot warehouse network connectivity
and internet performance.
- Support warehouse systems such as inventory software,
handheld devices, and scanners.
- Maintain and update system logs, access permissions,
and device tracking.
- Ensure data backup procedures are followed and support
recovery processes when needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and external IT providers when
necessary.
- Ensure security protocols are applied, including
antivirus updates and user access control.
- Respond quickly to technical issues to avoid workflow
disruptions.
- Support digitalization initiatives and system upgrades
inside the warehouse.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in IT support, preferably
in a warehouse or operational environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software,
and network issues.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, routers, and
access points.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of reliability, responsibility, and
attention to detail.
