This is what you can move
Remote or onsite first & second level support for all European subsidiaries
Prioritize and coordinate all support cases with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Document and maintain records in the IT Service Management tool.
Install and manage end user devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones), including Asset Management.
Manage mobile phone subscriptions and related services.
Administer Azure, Active Directory, Office365, and Microsoft Teams.
Support Production/Service Center applications and data protection/security activities.
What you bring along
IT Support Technician or Computer Engineer (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or graduates with vocational training in IT and a strong motivation and related experience.
Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written) and the ability to work as part of a team in an international context.
Strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency.
Service and solution-oriented mindset with a de-escalating personality.
Good communication skills, cultural awareness, and an inclusive mindset.
Valid working permit for Switzerland or Swiss/EU/EFTA citizenship.
