Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, where you'll be the go-to person for providing technical support to our global workforce. Here's a sneak peek into the thrilling details:
- Empower Worldwide Employees: Be the driving force behind resolving technical challenges and enhancing the user experience for employees across the globe.
- Master Google Workspace: Take charge of the administration of Google Workspace solutions, including account management, calendar coordination, group administration, email setup, and efficient document management using Google Drive.
- Scripting Wizardry: Showcase your automation skills by creating and managing scripts, particularly focusing on streamlining the employee onboarding process.
- Device Deployment Maestro: Play a pivotal role in configuring and deploying new devices, including laptops and mobile phones from top brands like MacBook, Dell, and Lenovo.
- Identity Management Extraordinaire: Take the lead in user identity management using JumpCloud, implementing application security measures such as MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and strong authentication.
- Mobile Device Maestro: Dive into the realm of Mobile Device Management using JumpCloud and Intune to keep our devices up to date and secure.
- Security Sentinel: Manage antivirus solutions and collaborate closely with the security team, promptly responding to alerts and maintaining a vigilant stance.
- Asset Management Guru: Conduct thorough inventory checks and meticulously maintain IT asset data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Cloud Application Navigator: Take charge of managing various cloud applications, including but not limited to Google Apps, Microsoft 365, Adobe, Slack, and Jira.
- Process Perfectionist: Contribute to the writing and implementation of IT processes and policies, ensuring a structured and secure IT environment.
- Project Pioneer: Be a key contributor to new projects, showcasing your ability to manage and drive initiatives that push the boundaries of innovation.

- You are looking for a 12 / 24 month apprenticeship in IT support
- You’re organized and looking forward to bringing order to an ever-changing environment
- You love helping people and investigating to solve problems in a fast-paced environment, and you demonstrate strong customer service skills
- You are familiar with Windows 11, macOS and Linux
- You are eager to learn
- You are fluent in English and French
