We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer Intern to join our IT team. The intern will provide Level 1 (L1) technical support to employees, assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, support system setup activities, and help maintain IT assets and documentation. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in IT support and infrastructure.
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and software-related issues
- Assist users with login, email, Microsoft 365, and basic network connectivity issues
- Install and configure standard software applications and system updates
- Support new employee onboarding activities such as laptop setup and account configuration
- Log, track, and update IT support tickets in the helpdesk system
- Maintain IT asset inventory including laptops, accessories, and peripherals
- Perform routine system health checks and antivirus monitoring
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the senior IT team
- Maintain proper documentation of technical issues and resolutions
- Follow company IT policies, processes, and security standards
