JOB SUMMARY:Provides end-user support on all technical support issues. Works with Senior team members to resolve the incidents as needed. The primary responsibility is to provide L2 support for all tickets and issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Second line support via ticketing system
- Support and administrate users on Office 365
- Work with and troubleshoot issues with PC and Mac operation systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers (local and networked) and other peripheral devices.
- Image machines for associates
- Install and configure software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience supporting and users on cloud-based systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ensures all devices are accurately accounted for via asset management system
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions as given.
- In office desktop support
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Ability to advise on suitable hardware and software to meet company needs.
- Ability to acquire, install, test, and maintain project components and operating systems.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Goes the extra mile to help the team get the work done, even if it extends beyond the job description.
- Takes the initiative to work hard and create good work in a fast-paced environment.
- Works collaboratively with others within and beyond the team
- Minimum of 2 years of exp. in a relative role
Compensation Range:
$52,500 – $57,500 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
