Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, operate, and continuously improve IT services within the area of responsibility.
  • Analyze IT incidents, problems, inefficiencies, and system weaknesses.
  • Support and train users on new IT systems and solutions.
  • Act as a business partner for key users and process teams.
  • Contribute to incident and problem management.
  • Manage and govern IT Service Operations processes.
  • Coordinate and monitor external service providers at an operational level.
  • Ensure service level fulfillment (SLA) and readiness for crisis situations
  • Support continuous improvement and service integration across business processes.
  • Participate in technology projects and initiatives to improve IT performance.
  • Contribute to building a high‑performing IT organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations or IT Service Management
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, including:
    • endpoint management
    • network and communication technologies
    • servers, storage, and cloud computing
    • identity and access management
  • University degree in IT or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to improve IT service efficiency
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with business teams

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of business systems such as ERP, CRM, MES, or HCM
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools
  • General understanding of business processes (e.g. finance, sales, production, logistics)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment
  • Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work in an international environment

Additional Information

Środa Śląska or Komorniki - At least 4 days a week onsite.

 

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations or IT Service Management
