European University Cyprus is currently seeking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic staff members for its IT Support team. The successful candidates will support the campus’ technological infrastructure, provide assistance to end users (students, faculty, and administrative staff), and gradually take on IT-related projects from initiation to completion. A strong willingness to learn and apply new and emerging technologies—especially in Artificial Intelligence (AI)—is essential, as the role offers opportunities for continuous development and contribution to innovative solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to students, faculty, and staff.
Manage support request tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Deliver IT support through remote tools, telephone, and in-person assistance.
Participate in IT projects, contributing to planning, execution, and successful delivery.
Learn and apply new technologies, especially AI-based tools, to improve IT services and user experience.
Collaborate with colleagues and departments to support the implementation of new initiatives.
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Fluency in both Greek and English.
Strong interest in learning new technologies, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a polite and professional attitude.
Eagerness to take initiative and grow into project management responsibilities.
