System AnalystJob Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design end-to-end system solutions, workflows, data models, and system architectures that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Analyze existing systems and business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and propose effective solution enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and support system integration activities with internal and external platforms.
- Ensure compliance with TM Forum standards (SID, eTOM, Open APIs), security requirements, IT governance, and architecture guidelines.
- Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and implementation planning for new initiatives, enhancements, and change requests.
- Support SIT, UAT, system validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate system deployment, production releases, post-production monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, provide user consultation and training, and facilitate knowledge transfer to support and operations teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application development and delivery, including at least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proven experience in business requirements analysis, system analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and system design techniques, including UML, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Sequence Diagrams.
- Solid understanding of TM Forum standards and frameworks (SID, eTOM, Open APIs), Microservices Architecture, and API integration.
- Experience with web applications, mobile applications, backend systems, databases, cloud platforms, and high-availability enterprise solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and system integration patterns
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience in project coordination or leadership roles is preferred
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
