Provide system administration and training support. Maintain database for existing management information systems, analyzes and solves computer problems. Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users. Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, hardware, and software. Document system performance and support data backup. Supports the organization’s technical POC for wireless services.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
Required Experience
- 5+ years of specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions
- 5+ years concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems and training customers in the use of software and hardware
