About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee our organization's technology infrastructure and ensure optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT systems and management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement innovative solutions. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies will be considered a significant advantage, as we continue to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the organization's hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure all IT systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance.
- Manage system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- AI Tools and Technology Integration (Advantage):
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve business operations.
- Train staff and teams on the use of AI-driven technologies.
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and recommend relevant solutions.
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage IT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments to align technology goals with business objectives.
- Vendor and Budget Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and oversee the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Implement robust security measures to protect data and systems from threats.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to manage teams and IT projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI tools and machine learning technologies.
- Familiarity with popular AI platforms and their integration in business environments.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or AI-related certifications are a plus.
