Main Responsibilities
- Supporting employees during onboarding/offboarding, including hardware and software setup.
- Providing day-to-day IT support to 400+ employees across multiple teams and locations.
- Managing help desk systems and improving processes using ITIL best practices.
- Monitoring and maintaining antivirus, security rules, firewalls, and device management solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
- Maintaining and configuring SaaS platforms, apps, and cloud-based systems.
- Writing automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, MDM) to streamline IT processes.
- Creating and maintaining clear documentation for IT policies and procedures.
- Educating and guiding non-technical staff on IT and security best practices.
- Delivering IT projects end-to-end while ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
Required Hard skills
- 3+ years of IT experience as an independent contributor or within a professional IT team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Experience managing cloud-based antivirus and SaaS applications.
- Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of firewalls, security rules, and ITIL best practices.
- Ability to design, manage, and deliver IT initiatives/projects.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
