Duties and Responsibilities:
System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Assess system functionality and efficiency, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard data and maintain compliance.
  • Monitor security certificates and ensure adherence to company requirements.


Technical Support:

  • Provide technical assistance to company staff, addressing computer-related problems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Install and update software and hardware as needed.


Network and Server Administration:

  • Oversee network and server operations.
  • Monitor security protocols and backup procedures.
  • Customize existing programs to meet user requirements.


Cost Estimation:

  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer equipment.
