Job DescriptionAbility to communicate and record information accurately, Ability to question others to determine specific needs, Ability to deal with people patiently, Ability to proofread and correct errors, Receive and place telephone calls, Fill out and verify information on forms or records, Proofread to verify that forms are completed properly. QualificationsThree to five years years of experience in a Help Desk environment with hands-on technical experience in the installation, maintenance and operations of networks and network applications. Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment. Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications. Knowledge and experience of customer service practices. Related experience and training with firewalls. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange and excellent oral and written communications.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment including a personal computer, telephone and headset.

• Network + certification
