As a Sourcing Specialist - Software, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the development of annual and long-term sourcing strategies and pipeline plans for the software category.
- Achieving cost savings targets.
- Leading RF(x), and commercial contract negotiations with software suppliers.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams including IT, legal, finance, cyber security, and others.
- Mitigating supplier risks through effective contracting and supplier negotiation, and management.
- Communicating with business leaders and stakeholders regarding project status, process compliance, business procedures, and policies.
- Serving as a business partner to key IT stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes, ensure compliance with company requirements, and track metrics (KPIs).
- Leading multiple sourcing projects and sourcing-related activities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Understanding of global cybersecurity and data privacy regulations related to the procurement of software and associated services.

- To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience leading technology sourcing activities for global Software (On-Prem, SaaS, Cloud).
- Have experience in negotiating & redlining software contracts.
- Have the ability to leverage internal and external data sources to create software category plans.
- Be a skilled negotiator who can both plan and execute sourcing strategies in support of stakeholder’s business needs.
- Have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
