What you will put into action:

As a Senior IT Functional Analyst – SAP S/4HANA ePPDS, you will serve as a functional expert for our Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) solutions.

You will play a key role in the implementation and continuous evolution of SAP S/4HANA Embedded PP/DS (ePPDS), from functional design and configuration through deployment, Go-Live and ongoing application support.

Working closely with manufacturing, supply chain and IT teams, as well as implementation partners, you will translate complex business requirements into effective, integrated and scalable SAP solutions.

• Lead blueprint, functional design, configuration, testing and deployment activities for SAP S/4HANA ePPDS / PP-DS.
• Facilitate workshops with manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders to define target business processes and translate requirements into SAP functional solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA Embedded PP/DS, including DS Board, Setup Matrix, Block Planning, Product Heuristics and Alert Profiles.
• Optimize Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Finite Capacity Scheduling and Campaign Planning processes.
• Design and optimize integrations between SAP ePPDS, PP/PP-PI, MM and EWM.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, Go-Live and post-implementation support activities.
• Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and developments, including RICEFW objects, BAdIs and user exits.
• Partner with IT teams, implementation partners and business stakeholders to ensure the quality, reliability and stability of deployed solutions.
• Provide L2/L3 application support, perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the stability and performance of the ePPDS / PP-DS environment, including liveCache, CIF, master data and planning processes.

The profile that excels in execution:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, Senior Functional Analyst, Delivery Lead or Solution Architect.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA ePPDS or SAP APO PP/DS, including configuration experience.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP ePPDS / PP-DS implementation or deployment, from blueprint and functional design through Go-Live and post-implementation support.
• Strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP/PP-PI) and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Finite Capacity Scheduling, Campaign Planning, Optimization and liveCache.
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments and with complex manufacturing processes.
• Experience with application support, incident and change management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
• SAP PP/DS or SAP S/4HANA Production Planning certification is considered an asset.
