Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 2 years or more of recruiting experience to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a go-getter attitude, be comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top IT talent, while driving the recruitment process from start to finish. As part of a growing startup, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our team and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top IT talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and overall potential.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Stay current with IT trends, technologies, and competitive recruiting strategies.

• Work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced startup environment, helping to shape the growth of the company.

• Handle high-volume recruitment, balancing multiple roles at once while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment or startup setting.

• Strong knowledge of IT and tech industry trends, with the ability to assess technical skills and understand the hiring needs.

• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top IT talent across a variety of roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and Solutions Architect.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.

• Advanced English Level.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
