RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage full cycle recruitment process for IT positions;
• Talent sourcing (Job posting, headhunting etc.);
• Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way;
• Be accountable for HR processes such as onboarding (ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way);
• Take care of office equipment, supplies, and ensuring employees have everything they need;
• Organize internal events and team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and well-being.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment in IT industry;
• Experience in organizing employer branding initiatives;
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and be a creative problem solver;
• Deep understanding of various sourcing strategies to find the best IT talents;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with an eagerness to learn and contribute;
• Self-propelled and initiative-taking;
• Outstanding communication skills in both Latvian and English;
• Education in Business Administration, HR, behavioral sciences or equivalent.
