IT Recruiter - (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Parser, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by bringing in top talent. You will be responsible for driving innovative talent attraction strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage End-to-End Recruiting: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance. Ensure a high standard of candidate experience throughout.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored interview processes that lead to quality hires. Manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Innovate and Improve Processes: Continuously improve existing recruiting processes and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs through networking, relationship building, and proactive sourcing.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5/6 years of experience in recruiting for various tech and data roles within an IT/software company.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
  • Experience working on a variety of roles/levels both at national and international markets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
