SCOPE OF DUTIES

  • Be a key person in coordinating the recruitment process in Poland, improve our recruitment processes and educate recruiters on IT talent attraction / best practices in Poland.
  • Creation of a strong network and pipeline of potential candidates in the Polish labor market.
  • Working closely as an Account Manager with clients to better understand their hiring needs, culture, and values.
  • Starting a project from scratch and building hiring processes.
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes: searching, interviewing, and selecting exceptional talent, keeping candidates in the loop at every stage, providing feedback, job offer negotiation, and closing technical vacancies.
  • Cooperation with the Alcor Team of IT Researchers.
  • Highlight issues during the hiring process, create an improvement action plan, and vacancy promotion on the IT market.
