Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field, will be considered as an advantage.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, HR, or technical sourcing (2–3+ years).
- Solid understanding of IT roles, tools, and technologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide global full-cycle recruitment for CLARITY.
- Maintain contact with candidates and provide timely feedback.
- Review local IT market benchmark and recruitment offerings in order to compete with other IT companies.
- Build a positive employer brand when communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment statistics, perform recruitment related analysis and prepare reports upon necessity.
- Ensure job posting (i.e. job boards, universities, social networks etc.).
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in job fairs/exhibitions.
- Encourage and manage referral program.
- Assist in salary and labor market research to define benchmark.
