Position Description
As an IT Quality Assurance Tester at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Analyze and fulfill business needs by assisting IT and Line of Business stakeholders in testing and maintaining the NOVO CONNECT platform to meet end-user needs across Therapeutic Areas and Functions.
• Support the execution of IT strategic plans by contributing to the development and maturing of the NOVO CONNECT platform and other applications, identifying issues, opportunities, and solutions that may impact other functions in the organization.
• Test software by testing various modules at NOVO CONNECT and other applications to identify bugs, defects, or malfunctions, and collaborating with the GBS Bangalore NNI System testing team to synchronize testing activities.

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in software testing, with familiarity with various testing methodologies and bug tracking tools.
• Previous experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry or an IT consultancy company is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the role of testing within different phases of the SDLC.
• Fluent in English.
