IT Quality and Compliance Manager – Tietoevry Tech Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for someone with an interest in Business IT Compliance and Quality, who is eager to grow and further develop in this area.

Main responsibility:

• Maintain Business IT compliance and quality requirements 

• Define compliance framework for Business IT 

• Ensure implementation of the compliance frameworks  

• Define quality assurance framework for Business IT 

• Ensure implementation of the quality assurance framework 

• Plan and contribute to external audits 

• Identify, plan and implement compliance and quality improvements 

• Define IT management process (and needed sub-processes)

• Define business IT satisfaction measurement 

We expect you have:

• Promoting and providing deep expertise in IT quality and compliance management

• Fact based decision making and taking accountability 

• Strives quality and compliance  

• Fluent in the English language both verbal and writing 

• Very good presentation and communication skills 

• Experience from the IT industry in similar role is preferrable
