About the position
Working as part of the Flora Food Group IT Office of the CIO, you will drive the global IT functions Quality Assurance, Compliance and Risk management activities, covering full end-to-end IT processes. As Flora Food Group is a consumer of outsourced IT services, you will oversee and sustain supplier certification. You will ensure IT General Controls remain fit for purpose and are executed as designed. You will manage the assurance of our delivery projects and operational services, and maintain the IT functions Quality Management System. You will be the prime point of contact for liaison with IT Audit – both internal and external, driving resolution of identified control gaps. You will champion the adoption of best practices for Risk Management across the global IT team.
Delivery key words are: Quality Management System, IT General Controls, IT Audit, IT Supplier Quality and Compliance Quality Assurance, IT Functional Risk Register and Functional Risk Owner (Champion).
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
With your multi years of relevant work - 8+ - years - experience with a solid educational background and multi-geography experience (must have) and experience of cultural diversity, you know how to manoeuvre in our global reach. You have been in IT Audit Manager in one of the IT big 4 or in non IT industry like manufacturing, pharma, supply chain. IT Governance, Risk and Controls Frameworks (eg. ISACA, COBIT) and IT Best Practice Frameworks. (eg. COBIT, ITIL, PMI, CMMI, ITSM) are a no brainer to you. You may even have been trained and certified in IT risk and compliance (e.g. CRISC). As a person you have high energy to engage in communication with stakeholders to identify, understand and implement solution and process developments. And you are a highly motivated critical, organized, and structured person and you are experienced in project management both under the waterfall and agile method. You are resilient under (time) pressure. Also, you feel comfortable within a start-up environment, where processes are to be built and responsibilities are not yet set in stone.
