Your team:

You will join the IT Governance team supporting the Betting domain, responsible for ensuring that IT processes, systems and delivery models are aligned with internal policies and business objectives across multiple markets.

Your role:
As an IT Projects Lead Specialist for the Betting area, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating governance activities across IT platforms and services. You will help ensure compliance with internal frameworks, external regulations and audit requirements.
 

What you’ll do: 

• Lead and coordinate key IT governance activities within the Betting domain, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Business) to support projects, initiatives and governance processes across multiple markets.

• Monitor IT performance, risk indicators, compliance metrics and KPIs, providing clear reporting and actionable insights to management.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing and a strong governance culture.

• Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, policies, controls and quality standards.

What you’ll bring: 

• Proven experience as a professional in IT Governance or related functions, ideally within regulated or complex environments.

• Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting IT processes, controls or governance activities end-to-end.

• A proven ability to analyse complex IT landscapes, identify risks and translate governance requirements into practical, actionable solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

• In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks, main methodologies and standards.

• Experience working with betting, gaming or other highly regulated industries is a strong plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
