What You’ll do: 

  • Join the team of IT Project Management and in particular the Digital Area, reporting directly to IT Digital PM Lead & Governance Manager.
  • In this role, you will work on highly dynamic and business-critical areas, such as web portals, mobile applications, Personal Account Management (PAM), and generosity initiatives (e.g., loyalty, bonuses, and promotions). You will also have the chance to contribute to major transformational projects such as SEU, SNAI, and GAD, which are reshaping the way we operate and deliver value across the business.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, working closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and proposing enhancements, leveraging agile methodologies where applicable to increase efficiency and collaboration.
  • Overseeing project timelines and budgets by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain project health and achieve planned outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for project updates, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans to manage potential issues before they impact project timelines, quality, or budget, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and forecasting within the project management function, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and supporting organizational growth and scalability.
     

What you’ll bring:

  • You have at least 5–7 years of experience as a PM/PMO/Demand professional.
  • You have excellent knowledge of project management and governance frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, planning and budgeting processes, stakeholder management, and the software development lifecycle.
  • You know how to effectively use project management tools and platforms such as ServiceNow, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.
  • Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and forecasting within project management, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Good skills in workload and capacity management, ensuring balanced distribution of activities and timely delivery of outputs.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, while thriving in collaborative team environments, and to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian, with good written and verbal communication skills.
