The IT Project Manager at SWATX will spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructures, project management methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The IT Project Manager will facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes and drive technological advancement within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Jira.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and network systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
