IT Project Manager

We're looking for an IT Project Manager (Client Engagement Manager) to lead client-facing ITSM projects from implementation through to ongoing success. You'll be the strategic partner for our customers — ensuring smooth onboarding, great communication, and continuous value delivery.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves building strong relationships, solving problems proactively, and driving successful project outcomes.

🌐 Work hours: 8 am to 5 pm PST - 100% Remote

• Lead ITSM solution implementations for new clients — making adoption frictionless and tailored.
• Be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust and credibility.
• Monitor project health and account satisfaction to proactively detect risks.
• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables — keeping everything and everyone on course.
• Escalate and follow up on technical issues with internal teams.
• Collect feedback and advocate for client needs across the company.
• Identify opportunities to expand value (cross-sell/upsell) within existing accounts.

• 5+ years in IT Project Management or related client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills in English — both spoken and written.
• Proven experience managing relationships with enterprise or mid-market clients.
• Solid grasp of project tracking and KPI reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with CRM and Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Salesforce).

• ITIL Certification
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
