Job Description: 

BLN24 is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with demonstrated experience in managing data pipeline development and management projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing at least three projects of similar size and scope with federal agencies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage IT projects focused on data pipeline development and management. 

• Collaborate with federal agencies to ensure project alignment with their requirements and standards. 

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and objectives. 

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. 

• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors of Science in relevant field of study 

• Proven experience managing at least three data pipeline development and management projects with federal agencies. 

• PMP or Agile certification is highly desired. 

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills. 

• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with federal agency protocols and standards. 

• Proficiency in project management software and tools. 

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
