As an Information Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible to manage delivery projects for NetGuardians’ customers in the assigned region (multi-cultural and international environments), from scope definition to final closure and reporting, ensuring successful delivery of NetGuardians solution, on time, within scope and within budget.
Your high customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset will enable you to be a successful candidate for this role, in which you will have the opportunity to be in touch with our international customers based throughout Africa & Middle East. With your strong organization skills, you will handle multiple projects and follow up any potential escalation (level 3) with our internal R&D team or senior delivery teammates.
In this position, you will also strongly collaborate with the Regional Delivery team as well as with our Partners, working hand in hand with them during implementation projects, enabling you to stretch your skills and draw a possible career path.
Your Profile
• University Degree in Computer science, Engineering, Project management, Data Science, Information Technology or Finance.
• Certification in Project Management (PMI, Prince2, etc.)
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT or Banking field managing Information technology Software Implementation Projects
• Experience in a Banking IT environment or technical software implementation is a plus
• Mastery of Microsoft office suite.
• Mastering of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Celoxis, Certinia, JIRA, etc).
• Excellent project management skills.
• Commercially Savvy and can Interpret different commercial and contractual terms and manage the project to the terms within the contract.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Good organizational skills and prioritization
• Solid team-player attitude
• Fluent in English, any other languages an asset
