We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead and execute critical technology initiatives that support our business growth. Your strong soft skills will allow you to collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, marketing and e-commerce teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, POS implementations, e-commerce enhancements, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Facilitate change management and training efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of retail technology, including POS systems, e-commerce platforms, ERP solutions, and network infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
