IT Project Manager

cFocus Software is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our program supporting the Judiciary and the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) in Washington, DC. 
Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• 5+ years of experience utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps practices

Duties:

• Provides leadership for technology projects for all phases in the system development life cycle irrespective of the methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc).
• Responsible for creating schedules, defining procedures for task execution, assessing staffing requirements, and allocating resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of the project(s).
• Responsible for converting requirements into actionable tasks, overseeing the development of proposed solutions, assigning tasks to team members, and supervising deliverables to meet business objectives and secure customer approval.
• Functional and technical expertise to lead project teams in delivering solutions/products and manage daily activities, including providing technical and financial reports to stakeholders to track project(s) progress.
