Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Lead project teams, providing direction and support to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing IT infrastructure projects, software development projects, or system implementations.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Previous experience with vendor management.
- Understanding of IT governance and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
