Job Title: Jr. IT Project Manager
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and manage our IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope and timeline. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring project objectives are met. The IT Project Manager will also identify and mitigate risks, provide regular updates to stakeholders in US, and ensure adherence to industry best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, like Operations, Finance, or Customer Service, in order to get and understand their system and process requirements.
- Technical research on finding the ideal solution for your assigned projects.
- Write detailed project documentations with all the requirements and new process designs and update these with changes during implementation.
- Coordinate with the technical team and Data Science team for project implementation, process maintenance, and testing.
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- within 3-5 years experiences with ERP system, preferably as a system administrator
- IT experiences especially related to MIS system is a big plus
- Advanced project management skills
- Having a good understanding of operational processes, ideally worked on process automation and optimization
- Language abilities: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
