About ProBio
ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. In terms of viral vector service, \ProBio has a stable and high-yield viral vector platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead on delivery/project management of specified projects, including the development of implementation plans, coordination of contributions from cross-divisional and cross-functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), report-writing, and presentation of results to all Stockholders.
2. Ensure the delivery of services is in line with the proposed solution within agreed Timelines.
3. Contribute to the team’s profitability goals by achieving billable time targets and delivering projects efficiently.
4. Create and update project plans and any required documentation.
5. Effectively engage and involve internal stakeholders (such as Business Development, Program Management, Regulatory) as appropriate during the development and delivery of consulting services.
6. Present/report back on project progress to key stakeholders and effectively manage
internal stakeholder involvement and expectations.
7. Demonstrate awareness / capability of identifying new revenue opportunities within existing clients.
8. Proactively liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions are taken to support the existing applications.
9. Understand client strategic needs and support business opportunities by liaising with appropriate SMEs in line with client needs.
10. Demonstrate good business acumen, understanding of project value maximization and focus on commercial objectives, such as profitability, so the business can be as competitive and successful as possible.
11.Develop processes and infrastructure (such as training materials, process maps, instructions, SOPs, etc.) to help lay the foundation for further expansion of the team.
12. Support other members of the team as necessary in project delivery, research, etc. to help meet the group’s and the company’s overall objectives.
Additional duties:
1. Delivery of key project milestones in line within agreed timescales.
2. Client feedback on completed projects.
3.Contribution to all business units within Genscript, as needed.
Experiences & Skills
1. 2-3 years relevant project management experience preferred
2. Ability to effectively project manage multiple projects and work to defined timescales
3. Capable of (or prior experience with) coordinating project teams
4. Ability to think creatively and contribute to ideas generation
5. A “roll up your sleeves“mentality, deadline-focused, attention to detail
6. Strong influencing and negotiation skills; experienced networker and relationship builder
7. A strategic thinker with an ability to drive implementation
8. Prefer Bilingual (English, Mandarin)
