Service Context:
- The IT Project Management Service shall be accountable for overseeing and coordinating the effective delivery of IT projects within the Client, an insurance company.
- The service requires project management, technical expertise, and the expertise in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Service Description:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
- Service with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
Service Deliverables:
- Delivery of IT projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Identification and resolution of project-related issues and risks.
- Continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
Expertise:
- Expertise in managing IT projects, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Project management expertise, including planification, organization, and executing projects.
- Project management methodologies and tools.
- Waterfall project management methodologies.
- IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Service Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of expertise in IT project management.
- English & Spanish environment are mandatory

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience managing IT projects, preferably in the insurance industry
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with Waterfall project management methodologies
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
