We build and operate IT business applications (B2E) for customers in Switzerland based on Microsoft technologies (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365). Happy customers and happy users are the foundation for our continued growth. As a Project Manager, you play a central role in the further development of our business applications.  

In this role, you will lead and manage end-to-end projects—from requirements analysis to the successful implementation of innovative, value-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other consultants to drive digitalization and process efficiency through technology.

How your day will look like  

  • You will lead exciting projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment. 
  • Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions using CRM technologies. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and present progress to decision-makers at all levels. 
  • Collaborate with your team to implement robust, scalable solutions across Microsoft environments. 
  • Contribute to long-term client relationships and support change management and user adoption. 
  • Advise clients on best practices and innovation opportunities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem. 

    Your profile 🦸‍♀️ 

    • 5+ years of experience leading CRM implementation and integration projects (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP CRM, Oracle Siebel, etc.), covering the full cycle from requirements gathering to delivery.
    • At least 3 years of external consulting experience, handling multiple projects simultaneously with a pragmatic mindset.
    • University degree in Business Administration, Digital Business Management, Business Informatics, or a related field. If coming from a technical background, additional training in business administration or marketing is required.
    • Further education in Project Management (e.g. PMI/PMP, IPMA, CAS, etc.) or proven practical experience managing complex projects. Certified Scrum Master or demonstrated track record leading projects using agile methodologies.
    • Strong technical affinity, with either a technical background or high motivation to work in the field of digital transformation. Enjoys working alongside technical colleagues.
    • Native level of German (understanding Swiss German is a strong asset) and very good English skills (minimum C1 level). Flexibility to travel to Switzerland when required for projects or teamwork.
    • Brings a consulting mindset: able to take on business consulting tasks such as workshop facilitation, client development, requirements gathering, and supporting organizational change.
    • Fluent level of English (C1) and German
    • EU citizenship or Spanish work visa
