Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with Sponsor staff, IT customers, and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience submitting system status and updates to scheduling, coordinating across organizations for system releases or outages.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Demonstrated experience with Tableau and COGNOS for reporting presentation.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and interfacing with Application Program
  • Interfaces (APIs).
  • Demonstrated experience performing testing and quality assurance of developed
  • solutions within the existing Oracle data tier.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, creating, and modifying data structure and data
  • load routines for analytic use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience working with relational data tiers including cleansing,
  • transforming and Processing of structured data.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and supporting applications using Java,
  • JavaScript, and Python.
  • Demonstrated experience working with views, triggers and Oracle PL and SQL.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Amazon Web Services environments, including RDS, S3,
  • etc.
  • Demonstrated experience working within an Agile Project management model.
  • Demonstrated experience wit JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence and SharePoint.

  • Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services/Cloud Data Migration Services.
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and interfacing REST APIs.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking and modifying C's, incidents, and work orders using ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated experience as agile scrum master.

The likely salary range for this position is $158,855 - $214,921. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
