- Manage full project lifecycle of data and system integration projects involving Azure cloud platform and T24 core banking systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources, create project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Oversee data migration, data governance, ETL, and reporting components in Azure-based environments.
- Facilitate Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and data lake-related activities as part of cloud transformation.
- Ensure alignment of T24 data processes with business rules, regulatory compliance, and reporting standards.
- Monitor risks, issues, and changes; apply mitigation strategies and maintain documentation.
- Communicate project status, updates, and escalations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies between T24 modules, APIs, and data integration platforms.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (if Agile/Scrum is followed) and coordinate testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager managing data-related projects.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, especially Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, and related services.
- Hands-on experience or strong functional understanding of Temenos T24 (core banking system).
- Solid understanding of data migration, ETL pipelines, data governance, and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Experience working in banking/financial domain.
