Profile:
- Proven experience in managing technology and digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience leading AI initiatives, automation programs, and intelligent agent implementations.
- Strong track record in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners.
- Excellent skills in project planning, governance, progress tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Ability to drive projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project Management certifications will be considered a plus.
📍Hybrid Work - 3 days per week in the office.
Qualifications✨Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken).
